Shokupando’s most recommended is “Yutaka” made of 100% domestic wheat (100% domestic wheat using “Yumekaori” of Nagano and “Yumechikara” of Hokkaido). It is characterized by its fineness, and you can enjoy the rich and moist taste. Please feel free to ask us to slice the bread upon ordering, as it will be cut to your desired thickness with a dedicated cutter at the time of purchase. (The bread will be too soft to cut when just baked, so please forgive us in that case)
